If you are the owner of your LifeDesk you can download a copy of your database and your files at anytime from the Administration > Manage Your LifeDesk section of your site.

To download your database:

  1. Log in to your LifeDesk owner account.
  2. Go to Administration > Manage Your LifeDesk.
  3. Select Backup Your Database
  4. Enter a filename and choose a compression type, then select Backup Database
  5. Your browser should begin downloading your *.sql database export with your chosen compression type.
  6. Make a note of the username and password provided in the message received, on screen, after form submission.

To download your files

  1. Log in to your LifeDesk owner account.
  2. Go to Administration > Manage Your LifeDesk.
  3. Select Export Your Files
  4. Enter a filename and choose a compression type, then select Export
  5. Your browser should begin downloading your files as a compressed folder with your chosen compression method.
