By default, taxa are exported from LifeDesks only if they have associated content, i.e., a taxon page, an image, or a reference.

Taxa that are not represented in the Catalogue of Life hierarchy will not be integrated with that hierarchy in the EOL classification browser. However, these taxa may be accessible through alternative classifications (try WoRMS, NCBI, IUCN Red List, etc), by EOL searches or through direct links, e.g., in image captions.

If you would like your LifeDesk classification to supplement the selection available on EOL, visit the "Manage Classification" >> "Download & Publish" within your LifeDesk.
